2024 World's Best Auto Insurance Companies
Earlier this year Forbes Magazine announced that CAA Insurance Company has been recognized as one of Canada's best home and auto insurance providers, in its second annual list of the World's Best Auto Insurance Companies.
Being recognized by Forbes is an honour that reflects the dedication and hard work of all our Associates. Most importantly, this recognition is a testament to the trust and loyalty of our customers, who inspire us to continually strive for excellence.
To create the list, Forbes partnered with the market research firm Statista and surveyed more than 45,000 people in 15 countries between late January and mid-March. Respondents who held home and auto insurance policies within the past three years were asked to evaluate various criteria, including advice offered by employees, customer service, price performance, transparency, and damage service. CAA Insurance emerged as the top performer in both categories.
CAA Insurance Company Recognized as Best Auto Insurance Company by RATESDOTCA
RATESDOTCA recognized CAA Insurance as the 2024 Best Overall Auto Insurance Company in Canada after securing first place across several customer satisfaction categories. The survey conducted by Pollara Strategic Insights in Fall 2024, evaluated auto insurance companies in Ontario and Alberta, Canada’s two largest private auto insurance markets.
CAA Insurance was named the most trustworthy auto insurance company and claimed top spot for best policy documents and best billing statements. We placed second in the best auto claims experience category by customers who filed a claim with us in the past year.
